This is the perfect refreshing beverage for a Indian summer night.
Ingredients:
1/2 oz st germain
1/2 oz lime juice
1 1/2 oz vodka
Lime slice
Ice
Seltzer
Combine st germain, lime juice and vodka in a glass filled with ice. Slowly pour in seltzer and garnish with a lime.
Serves 1.

2 parts Vodka
1 part St-Germain
½ part Lime Juice

In honor of Bastille Day I’m breaking out my favorite liqueur St-Germain – Vive La France! This one comes from Chow.com with a change – I was out of limes so I used meyer lemon instead. Its perfect for a hot summer day, come on what says summer more than rum?
Ingredients:
4 oz elderflower liqueur
1 oz lemon juice
1 1/2 oz light rum
Ice
Combine in a shaker. Add ice, shake and serve!
Makes 1.
This is a nice little cocktail for a hectic day.
Ingredients:
2 parts bourbon
1/2 part st germain
2 dashes of bitters
Stir in old fashion glass add ice and stir.
Serves 1.
