This is a healthy and tasty onion dip! It goes great with crudités.
1 red onion, chopped
1/2 TBSP canola oil
1 c non-fat sour cream
1/4 c mayo
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
In a medium pan heat oil over medium heat, add onion and caramelize, cooking for about 20 minutes.
Cool and stir in remaining ingredients, taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
