This is a great cocktail for a hot summer night, light refreshing with a little kick. I used the Vitamix to blend it up then stored in the freezer until cocktail time. You could also serve over ice.
2 TBSP superfine sugar
1 lime wedge
3 1/2 c cubed seeded watermelon
1/2 c tequila
3 TBSP fresh lime juice
1 TBSP Triple Sec
On a small plate, pour sugar. Use like wedge to moisten the rim of your glasses, then dip into sugar.
Pour sugar and remaining ingredient into a blender and purée.
It was one of those days and man oh man do I need a little liberation! Found this cocktail online, but added a bit more Violette liquor, just cos I felt like it. The results – liberation from my hectic day!
2 oz Gin
1 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Crème de Violette
1 lemon twist
Combine ingredients in a shaker. Shake and stain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

1/2 oz. Bénédictine
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail; shake & pour.

1 ounce gin
3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
3/4 ounce green Chartreuse
1 dash orange bitters

After a long hot weekend, what winds it down better than a nice cocktail? This a ginger take on a mojito. I had some citrus white rum so I used that – regular white rum or dark rum would work great too!
2 oz domain canton (ginger liquor)
1 oz white run
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 lime thinly sliced
In a collins glass, combine all ingredients, muddle, add ice and top with club soda.
