I was never a fan of blended drinks until I got a Vitamix and a fridge with an ice maker – now it’s margarita mayhem at my house come the weekend! It’s super hot today so needed something extra refreshing – these hit the spot!
1 1/2 lb frozen strawberries
8 oz tequila
4 oz lime juice
2 oz grand marnier
1/8 teaspoon fine salt
3 c ice
Place all of the ingredients except the ice in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Add the ice, pushing it to the bottom of the pitcher, and blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately.

2 oz. gin
3/4 oz dry vermouth
1/4 oz. Bénédictine
2 dash orange bitters
Garnish: lemon twist
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice cubes. Strain and garnish.
The first week back after the holidays calls for a Friday night cocktail! This one has two of my favorite ingredients, ginger liquor and Campari! Light and refreshing – the perfect opening act to the weekend.
2 oz domain canton
1/2 oz Campari
1/2 oz lime juice
Dash orange bitters
Combine in all ingredients in a colins glass, stir, add ice and top with seltzer and a lime wedge.
I bought a bottle of creme de violette, what can I say the color is enchanting. Here is an old cocktail – thanks imbibe for publishing it!
2 oz gin
1/2 oz creme de violette
1/2 oz lemon juice
Combine in a cocktail shaker with ice.
This is a nice little cocktail for a hectic day.
2 parts bourbon
1/2 part st germain
2 dashes of bitters
Stir in old fashion glass add ice and stir.

1 oz whiskey
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
Orange twist, for garnish
Combine the whiskey, Campari, and sweet vermouth in a glass, stir and add ice. Garnish with the orange twist.
It’s been awhile since we have had cocktails- lets face a hangover & toddler party is a recipe for disaster. This is an amazing little cocktail!
1½ parts St-Germain
1½ parts Pear Vodka
½ part freshly squeezed lime juice
1 dash Angostura bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a sprinkle nutmeg.
