12 thinly shaving of parmesay
4 tsp best- quality balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
Freshly ground pepper
Arrange rounds slightly overlapping on 4 salad plates. Arrange cheese on top, drizzle with vinegar and salt and pepper.
