A yummy crunchy way to get your veggies in!
- 1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- Sea salt
Preheat oven to 475.
Toss cauliflower with olive, yeast, garlic and salt. Place on a baking sheet, bake 15 – 20 minutes until well browned.
