1 chicken, cut into pieces
Salt and pepper
12 shallots, sliced thin
1/2 c hazelnut of olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat grill to high. Salt and pepper chicken. Cook for 10 – 15 min per side, turning a couple of times.
Combine the shallots, oil, lemon juice and salt.
Place chicken in a shallow dish and top with shallot mixture. Cover with foil and let rest 15 minutes.
