Slow Cooker Gringo Tacos

Welcome to flavor town! This is from Skinny Taste and this takes gringo Tacos to the next level. I increased the spices, and used chipotle chili powder – feel free to use yoir fav. I also used it to make taco pizza the next day with the leftover.

Ingredients:
2 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tsp cumin
3 tsp chili powder
3 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp salt
1 14 oz can tomato sauce
1 bay leaf

Turn you multi Cooker onto sauté and cook the beed, onions, bell peppers, spices and garlic until the beef is browned, breaking it up with a spoon into small pieces. Add bay leaf and tomato sauce, cover and cook on low for 6 – 8 hours.

Serve with your favorite taco fixings.

Serves 8.
