Pasta, Butter and Cheese

There really is nothing better than pasta, butter and cheese. This is the dish you make when you are too tired to cook.

Ingredients:
12 oz pasta
3/4 c parmesan, grated
4 tbsp butter
Pasta water
Fresh ground pepper

Cook pasta according to package.

In a large skillet, add 1 c pasta water over a low simmer, whisk in the butter 1 tbsp at a time until melted, add cheese, continue to whisk until smooth, then add pasta and toss to coat. 

Serves 4.
