Chive Deviled Eggs
1/3 c mayo
2 TBSP unsalted butter, at room temp
1 TBSP dijon
Pinch of cayenne
Salt and pepper
1/4 c chives
Place eggs in a large pan, cover with cold water by 1 inch. Bring to boil, cover and remove from heat and let stand 12 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Cool completely.
Peel eggs, slice in half and remove yolk.
Combine yolks, mayo, butter, Dijon, cayenne, chives, salt and pepper in a food processor and process till smooth.
Spoon or pipe mixture into egg whites, sprinkle with paprika.
