Strawberry Banana Almond Smoothie

I start almost everyday with a smoothie. Usually I add kale or spinach, but everyone once in a while I do a fruit only.

Ingredients:
1 banana
1/2 c frozen strawberries
1/4 c plain low-fat yogurt
2 TBSP almond butter
1 c water

Blend and drink.
