Yellow Tomato Curry Soup

This is so quick and easy you won’t beeline it! Tomato and curry =
Yummy in my tummy!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb yellow tomatoes, cored
1/4 c olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp curry powder

Toss in a blender until smooth and chill.

Serves 4 – 6.
