Golden Zucchini and Buttermilk Soup

This is a simple and quick soup.

Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic
1 lb golden zucchini
1 tsp salt
2 c buttermilk
1/4 c mint or zucchini blossoms, chiffonade

Combine all but mint/Zuk blossoms in a blender until smooth. Chill. Top with chiffonade before serving.

Serves 8.
