Spring is here and what better way to celebrate then with spring veggie pasta?
1/2 lb fava beans, peeled
1 bunch of asparagus, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
3 TBSP butter
1/2 c parmigiano, grated
4 oz mascarpone cheese
1/2 lb of pasta
Cook pasta according to package
In a 12 inch skillet, melt butter and cook asparagus and fava beans for 5 minutes. Stir in cheeses, pasta and cook for 3 minutes. Top with Aleppo pepper.
