12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c walnuts
1 tsp vanilla
Microwave chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, 5 minutes. Stir vigorously, then add chopped nuts and vanilla. Spread in an 8-inch-square pan lined with buttered parchment paper. Refrigerate, then cut into squares.
