Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies


These are healthy cookies. Borrowed from several different places to be mashed up into these pumpkin oaty treats.

1 can pumpkin purée (15 oz)
2 egg whites, whipped
1 c brown sugar
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp clove
3 c rolled oats
1 c raisins
1/2 c choc chips

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet and stir in the dry.

Using a cookie scoop place 1 TBSP balls onto a cookie sheet lined with a silicon matt or parchment paper.

Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until brown on the edges.

3 WW PP per cookie.
